I arrived in France ten years ago with two suitcases and a lot of dreams, dreaming of expanding my culinary empire and giving people in this city a taste of something fresh and exciting about Indian cuisine. I have been in love with food since a very young age, which quickly turned into a love for cooking. Cooking is an art, and just like any art, it allows me to express myself creatively. I spent my 30 years on the restaurant industies.
